Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Applied
Once we’ve received your application, a member of our team will review it. If you are a potential match, we will schedule a call to learn more about your skills and experience.
- Stage 2
Phone screen
We will schedule a 15-minute call to meet the hiring manager. The purpose of this call is for the two of you to get to know one another better and assess whether you both agree we are a potential match for each other. This call will also give you the opportunity to ask any questions you might have about the role or RXNT.
If we don't think you will be a fit this time around, we will let you know as soon as possible after the call and ask that you would do the same if you feel the role is not a good fit for you.

- Stage 3
Interview panel
If both you and the hiring manager agree that this role is a good fit, we will schedule an interview with the hiring manager and other key team members. During this time, we will be looking to better understand your experience, what makes you tick, and the skills that you will bring to RXNT. In addition, we encourage you to come prepared with questions that will help you determine the same about RXNT.
